The Governor of Tonj State Mathew Mathiang Magoordit on Wednesday encouraged citizens’ hope for peace in the country after hundred days’ extension of transitional period.
Don Bosco Radio quoted him appealing to citizens to stand firm hoping for peace to prevail after hundred days.
Governor Mathiang urged the people to pray for lasting peace in the country.
He cautioned that for peace to prevail, it needs people to be patience despite the many challenges.
Let us start peace from our own house to house, Magoordit emphasized to Tonj citizens.
