At least 2,230 people with disabilities on Tuesday received food aid from humanitarian agency WFP in Rumbek.
The relief came as result of the number of disables increased in the town of Rumbek.
The beneficiaries from the food relief express their happiness to the World Food Program and Plan International for the aid.
They call on WFP to bring the relief on time to protect them from miserable situation, Radio Good News reports.
Director General from the Ministry of Social Development Gebril Jula Alijabo believes that the food ratio given to them will take them through the major part of the year.
Jula advises the beneficiaries to stop selling their food to avoid suffering from hunger.
