The Bishop of the Catholic Diocese of Yei pledges the diocese will continue to send boys to the seminary though others leave their vocation of seminary life.
Bishop Erkolano Lodu Tombe stresses that the diocese needs local priests other than missionaries who are temporary, Radio Easter reports.
He adds that those who leave the seminary should not be blamed for God has different intentions for his people.
Bishop Lodu says the clergy will not move away from Yei because they want to stay with Christians in order to strengthen them and spread the message of God.
Bishop Tombe made the remarks at the celebration 31st anniversary since his consecration as the first Bishop of Yei in 1986.
