CEPO Wau State Area Manager has appreciated the newly appointed Wau Governor, Angelo Taban Biajo for his courage and apology publicly to the citizens.

Stephan Robo Musa says the apology of the governor anticipates change toward the people of Wau State. Voice of Hope reports.

He added that this is a good step which can build up the spirit of a genuine dialogue and unity among the communities in Wau.

Robo explains that the IDPs in the camps need security gurantee so that they can return to their homes.

Robo however, criticizes the role of members of the National Assembly in Juba who failed to address issues affecting people in Wau state.

The activist appreciates the role of the military leadership to maintain good relationships between organized forces and the citizens.

Robo appeals to leaders to work and provide security for the IDPs to return to their homes.

Governor Taban arrived to Wau early this week after being appointed by President Salva Kiir late last month.
