The Deputy Governor of Tonj State says those who looted the World Food Program or WFP in Ngapagok County of Tonj State are imprisoned.

Manhiem Bol Malek mentions that four men who took 260 bags of sorghum first and mobilized communities of the area to loot seven thousand different food items are now in prison, Radio Don Bosco reports.

Bol vows that the looters will face the law accordingly because the robbed food was meant for vulnerable people.

The government strongly condemns the incident, says the official.

The Deputy Governor made the remarks at the state headquarters on Tuesday in Tonj.
