Search for Common Ground launches access to justice in Rumbek

Search for Common Ground in partnership with International Development Law Organization or IDLO and the Initiative for Peace Communication Association, IPCA launches legal awareness project on Monday in Rumbek.
 
The one-day facilitation on access to justice in South Sudan involves state law enforcement agencies, civil society organizations and judicial officers, Radio Good News reports.
 
Kenneth Gana Conteh, Programs Manager for Search for Common Ground, says the project is operating in Nimule, Wau, Juba, Jonglei and Rumbek.
 
Many citizens have also voiced their views on the future impacts of the project to the people of country.
 
Isaac Majier Majok, CISON Chairperson urges the civil population to make good use of the legal awareness project to accommodate fairness in the states.
 
The two-year pilot project is to improve and provide legal remedies to rural and marginalized citizens in five South Sudan Counties.
