The Speaker of Tombura Legislative Assembly calls for hard work and perseverance in order to develop the newly created State.
Arkangelo Anisa Maringindo says the parliamentarians will make sure the interest of the people is considered to achieve development, Radio Anisa reports.
He advises everybody in the state to cooperate with the government.
Anisa confirms that Tombura State conducted its first sitting on 23 of this month.
Chairpersons have also been appointed to the seven specialized committee in the Legislative Assembly, he adds.
He appeals to other Organizations to train Tombura State Legislative Assembly to build their capacity.
