5 killed, others wounded on Torit-Kapoeta road

A total of five people have been killed and five others wounded in two separate attacks on Torit-Kapoeta road in Eastern Equatoria State.
 
An attack on Friday evening was carried out by an armed man, a survivor tells CRN journalist.
 
The survivor says the attacker was dressed in military uniform.
 
The car was ambushed on the way a few kilometres away from Torit town, the survivor says.
 
The travellers were heading to Budi County, he says.
 
On Friday’s evening attack, two people were killed, four others were wounded, the source says.
 
In the second incident on Friday night, three were killed and one was wounded, he explains.
 
The dead in the second attack include one Kenyan and two South Sudanese, the source says.
 
The wounded are reportedly receiving treatment at Torit Hospital.
