The Chinese ambassador to South Sudan calls on donor community and partner states to support the peace efforts and development of the country.
Ambassador Ma Qiang made the call while inspecting food items in World Food Programme office in Juba on Monday, Radio Bakhita reports.
Over 2,000 metric tons of different food items bought by the five million Dollars reached Juba to be airlifted to Jonglei, Upper Nile and Unity States, confirms WFP Country Director Joyce Luma.
The government of China donated five Million US Dollars for buying food to conflict-affected South Sudanese.
