Saints Peter and Paul Parish Women Group at Kumbur Payam in Heiban County of the Nuba Mountains has made green food exhibition.
The Women Group also performs various activities such as knitting, weaving, tailoring and making soap or ointments to fight hunger in the area, Radio Voice of Peace reported.

Saints Peter & Paul Catholic Primary School Principal Joseph Daud Papa tells parents that greens are important for children nutrition and that buying meat every day cannot be affordable or appropriate.
Sister Catherine Khamis who heads the Women Group says there are many things to make food out of especially in the rainy season and that the green food exhibition aims at educating communities on how to balance diet.
