Yei Municipality in Central Equatoria State has confirmed that chaos between the Lakes State communities in the area left at least one person dead in hospital.
Municipal Mayor Santo Paul Lasuba discloses the information during a swearing in ceremony of Municipal Councilors that the person died in hospital after sustaining injuries on the head, Radio Easter reported.
He adds that one local aged resident is missing in Minyori Quarter Council, calling on citizens to work for peace and cooperate with authority.
Radio Easter reports that the cause of the incident which occurred on Monday remains unclear.
