Nuba Mountains’ Kulurubu Organization in partnership with Regional Agriculture Secretariat says it has distributed seeds to about 11450 families.
Kulurubu Organization official Yuhana Amir tells Radio Voice of Peace, Tuesday that the seeds distributed include tomatoes, egg plants, okra, onion, gingers, pumpkin and carrots as started in June ending in the first week of July.
He explains that seed distribution beneficiaries include 5,000 households in Heiban, 2,750 in Tubo / Buram, 300 in Western Kadugli and 700 in Talodi Counties.
The official warns communities not to sell the seeds or farm implements received.
