Tombura-Yambio Catholic Bishop on Tuesday inaugurated 2015 academic year of Bishop Abangite College of Science and Technology.
Bishop Barani Edwardo Hiiboro Kussala advised the students to be prayerful, calling on them all to be holy people by imitating Christ as a role model, Radio Anisa reported.
He urged the learners to be proud of and emulate the footsteps of the late Bishop Emeritus Joseph Gasi Abangite who was great in his life and passionate about education after whom the school was named.
He advised boys and girls to protect themselves from sexual abuse and misbehavior.
Bishop Hiiboro urged teachers to finish the syllabi before the end of the year, instructing the College administration to ensure that students speak English in the compound.
