Community Empowerment for Rehabilitation and Development or CEFORD on Wednesday held a one-day training of some citizens in Yei Municipality on land rights and disputes resolution.
The organization’s project officer Benson Khamis said the trainees would enlighten citizens on land types, use and resolving of related disputes, Radio Easter reported.
Yei County Administrator Alison Samuel stressed the need for more awareness workshop to citizens to avoid conflict attributed to illegal selling and grabbing.
