Tonj South Traffic Police Office in Warrap State on Thursday instructed all motorcycle riders to register to process number plates.
An official identified as Kuel Ayiei Deng called on motorists that the registration helps them in verifying motorbike ownership in case of any anomaly, Don Bosco Radio reported.
The official added that they would arrest unregistered motorbikes soon to avoid accidents.
Traffic Police Administrator Martin Matem on his part urged Tonj communities to protect under age children from driving or riding vehicle.
He added that only eighteen years old persons and above are eligible for driving or riding.
