Yei Catholic Bishop on Thursday appealed to the government to support the Church-based schools instead of taxing them.
Bishop Erkulano Lodu Tombe in his remarks during the fifth graduation celebration of Christ the King Nursery School said the little money they get from parents would be used for paying teachers not government tax, Radio Easter reported.
He said the government was supposed to inject money to Church-based schools as its contribution to development.
Bishop Lodu was talking during the graduation of the fifth batch of Christ the King Nursery School.
