Governor Lobong challenges children to go to school, avoid loitering

Eastern Equatoria Governor in his graduation ceremony at Torit Palace challenged children to embrace education to pave way for better future.

Louis Lobong Lojore said children should avoid loitering in streets, but go to school, Radio Emmanuel reported.

He hailed Churches for establishing schools to enable orphans access education.

Torit Catholic Diocese Vicar-General Fr Arkangelo Lokoro hailed Governor Lobong for strategizing graduation dinner for street children; appealing for care for street children by the state government to instil hope for the next generation.
