The Vice President of the Republic of South Sudan also the National Scout Chief on Thursday appealed to youths to join scout movement in large numbers to realize peace by burying hatred and tribalism in the country.
James Wani Igga made the appeal while launching a scout handbook in Juba, Radio Bakhita reported.
He said scouting would usher law and order, love, unity, harmony and generosity as the most needed elements for peace in the country.
The Scout Chief expressed government’s commitment to promote scouting; describing it the best movement to join.
