Yei River County Chamber of Commerce on Wednesday handed over forty three thousand three hundred and thirty three South Sudan Pounds to the County and Municipal authorities for service delivery.
Municipal Mayor Santo Paul Lasuba commended the County Chamber of Commerce leadership for handing over the money to address some administrative issues, Radio Easter reported.
He said the hand over was the fruits of the reconciliation held recently and that each administrations got a share of 21, 666 Pounds.
County Chamber of Commerce chairperson Tito Ayambu Jakondo said the handover delayed because of poor working relations resolved by the recent reconciliation.
He disclosed that they agreed to use about ten thousand Pounds of the money to pay pending bills.
The two leaderships expressed their commitments to ensure that the money is used to satisfy the necessary needs in the county and the municipality.
