Security forces released New Nation photo journalist at Gudele in Juba after detaining him for about three hours in their office in Juba on Friday.
Jok Solomon said another security personnel took him from Pity Oil Petrol Station to their office for investigation, after he presented his ID card and a letter from Information Ministry to one of the security managers before he starts his work.
He said the security organs instructed him not to make calls.
The journalist complained that it is the second time they are arresting him, wondering how South Sudan would develop if journalists are treated in that manner.
