Yei Legislative Councillors representing communities at various Bomas and Payams appealed to the newly appointed Commissioner Bidali Cosmas to rate community needs as the first to address.
They cited inadequate clean drinking water, poor feeder roads; education and health facilities big communities’ needs to fulfil, Easter Radio reported.
Yei River County Commissioner Bidali Cosmas vowed to work on needs of communities.
He was appointed recently in a gubernatorial decree as a replacement to former Commissioner Juma David Augustine.
