Tonj South Central Prison Director in Warrap State on Tuesday condemned threatening of prison wardens by relatives.
George Gabriel Gelo told Don Bosco Radio that one soldier came at night and threatened the prison wardens, demanding for his brother to be released.
He advised Tonj South County forces not to threaten custodians, adding that they are not keeping prisoners on discrimination or revenge purpose but for their protection.
He disclosed plans to put wires over the fence to prevent inmate from escaping.
