United Nations AIDS or UNAIDS on Tuesday visited Torit, Eastern Equatoria to consult with the Association of People Living with HIV AIDS on the five-year strategic document of the South Sudan Network of People Living with HIV.
UNAID Program Advisor Betty Araba told Emmanuel Radio that they were in Torit to inform the people living with HIV AIDS about the strategic document underway.
Eastern Equatoria Chairperson of the People of Living with HIV/AIDS Betty Aryemo Sebastian appreciated the project plan, calling on the public not to discriminate against and stigmatize HIV patients, but rather care for them.
The two speakers were talking in Torit Civil Hospital on Tuesday after their consultative meeting.
