Nigerian Calvary Ministry visits Yei IDPs

Calvary Ministry Capro Nigeria on Friday visited the internally displaced persons or IDPs in Yei River County.
 
South Sudan Calvary Ministry Capro Coordinator Joshua Sarko said their visit was to show their great love and concern to IDPs, Easter Radio reported.
 
He said in Juba last week they visited IDPs at Lologo Two camp and delivered some food items.
 
Pastor Sarko added that they are in Yei to do the same charity for IDPs.
 
The pastor said they came with Dinka pastor to preach the word of God to IDPs and tell them that the conflict is not between Dinka and Nuer, but a political issue.
 
On the same occasion, Yei IDPs camp Manager Simon Gil called on government and SPLM/A in opposition leaders to resolve the conflicts as soon as possible to bring lasting peace to the country.
 
He said people in camps are suffering a lot and there was need for peace to enable them return to their homes
 
The speakers made the remarks on Friday after Calvary Ministry Capro of Nigeria donated food items to IDPs in Yei River County of Central Equatoria State.
