A political analyst also a lecturer at the University of Juba challenged SPLM/A in opposition’s demand for equal representation, saying it is an obstruction to peace deal.
James Okuk said the demand for equal representation with the government was a kind of reaction intended to avoid the peace deal, Bakhita Radio reported.
He added that the opposition delegation failed to acknowledge that they are a resistance movement, not deserving fair treatment with legitimate government.
Dr Okuk said any armed opposition seeking power should not go for negotiation with sitting government, but rather over throw the government and rule the country.
Mediators on Monday said the warring parties boycotted the present round of peace talks in protest against being insulted for seeking military solution to the conflict.
