The inter-clan fights among Rumbek Central County, Rumbek North and Rumbek East left over 50 people dead and 69 others wounded.
The fighting began on Saturday morning until Sunday evening, Good News Radio reported.
The cause of the fight was reported to be a revenge attack carried by Rumbek North County Youth.
Rumbek State Hospital Medical Director Dr Mabior Maker said 19 persons wounded were under treatment and that one died on Monday morning while 49 wounded ones still are receiving treatment in Adol Rumbek East County.
Radio Good News could not obtain statement from Rumbek authorities on what would be done to avoid future occurrence of the clashes.
