Yei Mayoress said some hotel workers use dirty water containers for customers’ hand washing and they keep on adding water without cleaning them, leading to health risks.
Oba Cecilia Tito observed that some hotel workers use dirty clothes to dry plates, Easter Radio reported.
She urged health inspectors to assess hotels, saying that any hotel with dirty practices should be closed down.
Last week the Mayoress issued various orders stopping night markets, roadside selling to curb spread of cholera.
