Cabinet got furious on Friday on hearing a story of 32-year old man raping a baby girl of one and a half years in Juba, directing Justice Minister Paulino Wanawilla to speedily investigate the arrested suspect.
Government Spokesperson Michael Makuei Lueth said the crime was linked to war, warning that such crimes are unbecoming and unbearable.
He added that the cabinet ordered immediate investigation of the incident and trial of suspect to for justice to prevail.
Mr Makuei argued that the crime because people are traumatized.
The Spokesperson observed that nobody normal could commit such a serious crime of raping a baby girl.
