Yei River County Labour department head advised workers to know their rights at any given work station.
Paul Ohisa Thomas said knowing rights would enable employees to succeed in settling their problems related to work and getting benefits, Easter Radio reported.
Mr Paul urged the public to report cases of un-procedural recruitment to the Labour Office for legal action.
The officer made the statement following job seekers complaints that there was recruitment injustice in the private sector.
