Yei Municipality heads of departments on Tuesday evaluated work performance on service delivery to citizens.
Mayoress Oba Cecilia Tito said the meeting raised many issues including few staff who need capacity building, Easter radio reported.
She said it was important to evaluate workers’ performance to exploit ways of dealing with challenges facing effective service delivery.
Mayoress Oba cautioned workers against late reporting to work, saying the Municipality would introduce deduction of salaries if public servants do not keep working times.
The Mayoress was speaking to the press on Thursday in Yei.
