Western Bahr El Ghazal Assembly Acting Speaker on Wednesday refuted media reports that there was no quorum in the two deliberations.
Pasquale Francis Fama said the two sittings were adjourned because the legal advisor was absent, but the assembly quorum was in place, Voice of Hope reported.
Acting speaker Francis confirmed that heads of specialized committees were committed in official duties which forced the assembly to halt Tuesday session.
