An analyst and lecturer at the University of Juba urged SPLM leadership to apologize to citizens and international community for damages it caused.
James Okuk said SPLM absolutely took power to decide whatever it wanted to do, tarnishing the country’s image just within a short time after independence, Bakhita Radio reported.
He insisted that South Sudan demands serious apology from SPLM leadership for selfish interests, leading to crisis in the country.
Dr Okuk added that the party leadership should not only apologize but also resign from politics.
He urged the international community to bring architects of the crisis to accountability.
