Yei Municipality said it needed to recruit security personnel to effect town demolition and demarcation plan to promote construction of permanent structures.
Deputy Mayor Silvano Ali Sanguson observed that some residents in town grabbed land and built on individual or government plot, pending a recovery case, Easter Radio reported.
He decried building of permanent structures in squatter land as a very big economic loss that would be incurred by some individuals as the municipality would start demarcation.
Deputy Mayor Ali called on citizens and municipal leadership to cooperate when time for demolition and demarcation comes.
