Equity Bank South Sudan on Wednesday handed over Orphanage Straight Link Centre Organization facility in Gudele West to orphans in Juba after construction.
Managing Director Paul Gitahi said they were showing love and inspiration to the orphans, Bakhita Radio reported.
He added that the future of any nation depends on children.
Mr Gitahi lamented that they feel it is a duty to support children to get enough facilities for education.
The Managing Director expressed the Bank’s readiness to continue supporting children.
Orphanage Straight Link Centre Organization Chairman Lapok Patrick Annan appreciated Equity bank for the support, encouraging the institution to continue with the spirit of charity.
He urged other companies and organizations to emulate charity from Equity Bank to help vulnerable children including orphans.
