Deputy Foreign Minister said ‘South Sudan is not a failed state’ because it would overcome challenges it faces.
 
Peter Bashir Gbandi said the country should follow the example of Rwanda to live as one people and use diversity as an instrument of uniting people, Bakhita Radio reported.
 
Mr Gbandi explained that the country should adopt the culture of unity and accountability.
 
He said the most important aspect the country should learn from the ongoing crisis was to have a vision just like that of Rwanda.
 
The Official was speaking during Bakhita Radio Wake up Juba morning show on Tuesday.
