Kenya Commercial Bank or KCB management of Rumbek branch in Lakes State promised to improve services to more than ten thousand customers.
KCB Branch manager John Makoi told Good News Radio on Monday that they were working hard to meet customers’ needs.
He pointed out that they were serving seasonal clients who only come to the bank in a great number at the end of the month.
Mr Makoi said KCB would continue to support community in health, environment and education.
He said every year KCB conducts community week where they assist the public with some materials.
Earlier this month KCB organized community activity week in which they donated items to number of institutions across the state.
