Christ the King Parish Catholic Choir in Yei diocese on Sunday held their Christmas carol to prepare Christians for Christmas celebrations.
The choir representative Wayi Godwill said coming together as choir from different churches brings unity, promotes respect and foster development of talents among diverse communities.
He urged Christians to join the choir and develop their talents to share and easily develop church work.
Yei Diocesan Youth Chaplain Alex Lo’diong Sakor said the aim of the carol was to praise God through singing.
He added that God could understand different languages choir groups use though people found them difficult.
Fr Lo’diong encouraged the choir to continue evangelizing communities through singing.
He added that whatever the young people do was for the glory of God and the service of the Christian community.
The Christmas carol took place at Youths Garden Hall in Yei Municipality.
