Upper Nile opposition members of the National Legislative Assembly on Thursday attended a three-day training on government policy analysis in Juba.

The leader of minority in the Assembly Onyoti Adigo Nyikwec said the MPs were learning skills to examine government’s roles and functions.

Mr Adigo said it was the role of every member of the opposition party to analyze government policies to bring alternatives.

He said it was the duty of the MPs to work together.

Mr Adigo complained that the ruling party was not accepting the opposition parties to work with their people in the constituency.
