South Sudan and Britain signed a memorandum of understanding to return home 19 South Sudanese criminals jailed in UK.
Foreign Minister Barnaba Marial Benjamin told CRN that the government cared for citizens whether they were criminals or good ones.
He added that as a responsible government it would care for its citizens wherever they may be in the world.
Dr Marial disclosed that British State Undersecretary for Foreign Affairs Mark Simmons stressed solidarity and cooperation with South Sudan in developing education and health sectors.
The Minister made the statement in an exclusive interview on Thursday in Juba after a meeting with British Undersecretary of State for Foreign Affairs.
