Five Cooperative Farmers’ Societies are undergoing a two-day training on financial management and production skills in Yei River County, Central Equatoria State.
TechnoServe’s facilitator Joy Tusabe said the training aimed at enhancing farmers with new skills on financial management and quality production to meet international standards, Easter Radio reported.
Yei River Assistant Commissioner for Cooperative Development Emmanuel Dusman Kenyi added that the training will help farmers with modern managerial skills and operation of processing machines.
The Department of Cooperatives in collaboration with Technoserve organized the training.
