The National ministry of Education on Thursday concluded its fact-finding tour on challenges facing the education system in the country.
Greater Equatoria team leader William Ater Maciek told the press that they visited Yei to find out challenges facing education, Easter Radio reported.
Education Undersecretary Deng Deng Hoc Yai disclosed that the education sector countrywide still lacks many things.
He affirmed that they were working hard to put things in place in the near future.
Deng Hoc said the ministry formed a technical committee to present a proposal on teachers’ new allowances to the council of ministers for consideration.
The eight member team set off to Western Equatoria State for similar assessments.
