Yei River County Information Inspector said time mismanagement affects service delivery.
Ephraim Jomo Michael on Wednesday told Easter Radio that all government employees in the county report late for work.
He attributed time mismanagement to some employees who claim to be doing some basic works at home before coming to office.
Mr Jomo pointed out that the government given half day working hours on Friday was enough for employees to do their private works.
He urged the employees to turn up early for duties.
