Nzara County Commissioner on Monday organized a welcoming ceremony to the South Sudan Ambassador in ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Elia Richard Box invited all heads of department, MPs, Church leaders, Nzara and Yambio communities to receive Sentina Sita Ndefu, Anisa Radio reported.
The Commissioner said all government branches and non-governmental organizations were very committed to service delivery in Nzara.
He cited austerity measures as the most challenging factor hindering development in the county.
Ambassador Sita said many investors failed to come to South Sudan because of bad roads and lack of power supply.
She thanked the Commissioner and the communities for their solidarity and warm reception.
Ambassador Sita was Nzara County Commissioner for almost six years.
