World Vision helped approximately 465 households affected by floods in Tonj South County of Warrap State.
Relief and Rehabilitation Commission County secretary, Gordon Makuer said they distributed sleeping mats, plastic sheets and mosquito nets to people, Don Bosco Radio reported.
He explained that the most affected places were Tonj, Manyangok, Wunalel, Thiet, and Jack Payams.
Mr Makuer advised parents and guardians to take care of their children from water because levels of the water were still high.
World Vision team leader Mareng Akol Mareng said they were helping only people affected by floods.
He said they found floods destroyed many houses in he five payams of Greater Tonj.
Mr Akol called on other partners to help flood affected people.
