The Investigation Committee headed by Justice John Gatwech formed in June to find out the un-procedural transfer of seven point nine million US dollars to Daffy Investment in Kenya on Wednesday handed its report to President Salva Kiir.

Justice Gatwech said the findings would not be known to public, but the President will study the report and take measures based on recommendations.

He said the amount was un-procedurally transferred on February 9 to the Daffy Company’s Account at Barclays Bank in Nairobi, Kenya for buying 62 fire resistant safes.

The transaction implicated former Cabinet minister Deng Alor, former Finance minister Kosti Manibe, his deputy Marial Awou Yol and his senior officials.
