Public Prosecutor at the Ministry of Justice called for extraditing foreigners charged with serious criminal offences to their home countries.
Justice Sabri Wani Ladu said foreigners with serious criminal charges should be reported to their national governments for repatriation to serve their sentences at home, Emmanuel Radio reported.
He said they discovered six foreigners convicted of serious crimes and nine others with minor ones in Torit County prison.
Justice Wani said among foreign inmates is a Kenyan woman serving jail sentence on charges of child theft.
The woman was arrested of stealing a five-day old baby from Torit referral hospital.
Justice Wani led a three-member team to assess judiciary services in Eastern Equatoria state.
