Catholic Institute leads in national exams

The Catholic Health Training Institute or CHTI based in Wau, Western Bahr El Ghazal State took the first two positions in the National Licensing Examinations. 
 
At least 46 students of Juba college of Nursing and Midwifery, Mary Health College of Nursing and CHTI sat for the exams in July.
 
CHTI Principal Sneha Joseph told CRN on Thursday that Pascal Lomoro Christopher from Yei became the first after scoring 90 percent and Loki Martin Lokoro from Torit took the second position.
 
She said some CHTI students took seven positions among the top ten candidates. 
 
Sr sneha congratulated students for leading the nation in the exams.
 
She  said CHTI offers diploma in Nursing and Midwifery courses.
 
Sr Sneha said the Nursing program started in 2010 and its first batch completed the last month with national exams.
