Speakers from the ten states of South Sudan admitted that they achieved less to the states than expected.

The speakers said the achievements include passing of bills, training of members on parliamentary procedures and participation in some peace conferences, Bakhita Radio reported.

The speakers raised concern about financial status of the states, assemblies especially Constituency Development Funds.

Former Kenyan MP Dalmas Otieno called on all national and state ministers to build the culture of stability in the country for citizens to benefit from capital inflow, investment and new technologies.

Mr Otieno said South Sudan leaders should review well the Constitution before elections to challenge the role of relationships at each level.
