Tonj Bridge is undergoing much needed repair works on Tuesday and it will be closed to traffic for three days.
Tonj South Land and Survey chairman Peter Mou Athuai said his office was repairing the holes and cracks on the bridge, Don Bosco Radio reported.
He urged all the animal keepers and drivers not to across Tonj Bridge for three days to allow the cement to dry.
Mr Athuai advised all drivers to be patient and wait until the bridge reopens.
The Land and Survey chairman said Monday drivers and animals will cross the bridge but Tuesday the traffic will stop.
Mr Athuai urged the communities of Tonj South and drivers to cooperate and respect the contractors’ instructions.
