A 15-member committee petitioned Eastern Equatoria state governor over claims of undemocratic Youth Union elections.
Radio Emmanuel saw a copy of the petition dated July 1.
The committee accused the newly elected Union leader Epone Emmanuel Lolimo to be unfit to lead the youth.
The committee also accused the head of mismanaging funds and vehicles meant for referendum campaigns.
Mr Lolimo said the committee was responsible for the decision they took, but that they have to deal with the entire body not an individual.
He added that he was not responsible of cars that were personalized, but blamed the formers chairperson Lopido Daniel and two of his colleagues for the fact.
Mr Lolimo said he was ready to appear before the court for questioning on the issue of cars and the referendum cash.
The new youth leader said the youth meeting on accountability of the referendum funds ended in chaos.
Former Youth Group for Referendum chairperson Lopido Daniel confirmed that he received one of the cars.
He said the Referendum office in Juba offered the cars as a reward for youth leaders in the ten states of South Sudan.
Mr Daniel added that the cars were registered on individual names.
